About me
Hames started his career in education in 2010 as a science teacher at Sycamore Middle School. He has served as the Science Department Chair since 2014. He is also a member and co-leader of the Guiding Professional Learning Community (PLC) Coalition at SMS where he assisted the team with creating a four-year PLC Transformation Plan. His impact on students expanded outside of the classroom, serving as SMS Cross Country Coach. He is currently serving as the Assistant Principal of SMS.
