About me
Heidy LaFleur is a vibrant and common sense leader with an explosive passion for helping people understand trauma, the life-changing impact of true leadership & the critical importance of social emotional learning. She is a forever teacher, former school principal and most importantly, a mother who lives the trauma and mental health cycle with her family. As a former Division I volleyball player and school leader, she shares reality, wisdom, and practical strategies to be a part of the solution in all that you do.
She is the founder and CEO of Heidy with a WHY, Inc. where she provides keynote speaking, professional development, and behavior & leadership coaching opportunities across the country.
