About me
We are a coalition of mental health providers who convene monthly to discuss barriers and identify solutions to improve the local system of care for youth with serious mental illness. We have received funding from the Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation as well as CVS to implement a community-wide inter-agency referral tool (IRIS) and increase parent leadership/voice in our system change activities.
